Is the services menu meant to work?

The services menu does not seem to expand on my computer, at least.
This would in no way seem to be a major problem (I'm not sure I've ever used the services menu) but it might be worth others checking.

The services menu works for fine for me using ae271fc (from master) with 355925b (from cj/highlight_branch) merged in.

Seems to work fine for me too :)
