Cant use line by line feature when new lines are added to the end of a file

ui gets wonky and the selections won't stick.

- Milestone set to “0.8”
- State changed from “new” to “small”
- Milestone order changed from “0” to “0”
Can't reproduce this with Nathan's branch. I guess this can be fixed with 0.8.
