visual rebase tool

I know there's a request for rebase commands that work given a current branch and a selected branch from a drop down but I'd love to see a visual editor for rebase operations.
I'll have to mockup some screenshots but especially for rebase --onto and rebase -i I'd like to just rearrange the nodes on the tree itself and let gitx sort out how to do the rebase to transform the tree.

Even if GitX could just graphically display the progress of an interactive rebase started via the command line (in the middle of resolving a conflict) I think that would be useful. I often get confused about when I need to commit, amend, etc.
