GitX doesn't notice when branches are deleted

When I delete a branch with "git branch -D ..." the branch remains in the menu in GitX's toolbar, though it does not appear with "git branch". Refreshing does not help; I must close and reopen the repo window.

- State changed from “new” to “duplicate”
- Milestone order changed from “32807” to “0”
This will be obsolete if we adopt Nathan's branch for 0.8. Furthermore, this is a duplicate of #175. Closing.
