GitX doesn't find changes in new files that are staged (in the index)

If you create a new file, add it to the index and then modify it before committing, GitX doesn't see those modifications. In GitX it seems like if you are committing the whole file as it is in the file system but after that, you see that some changes didn't get through.

- State changed from “new” to “open”
- Milestone order changed from “0” to “0”
Yes, this is still true. We would have to flag the file as 'New but already staged' and allow diffs from there on.
