Increase the maximum context available in commit-view

Right now the maximum context in the commit-view is only a handful of lines. Make it possible to increase it to be much larger (and perhaps the max value is the whole file?).

There is no option to diff for "show the whole file". You can increase the context, sure, but where do you set the cut-off? Short of adding field for manually specifying the size of the context I see no sensible way to change the value.
