Preference to show “All (local) branches” on startup

Workaround: In the meantime, if you start from Terminal, use "gitx --all" [heipei].

- Milestone set to “0.8”
- State changed from “new” to “duplicate”
- Milestone order changed from “32836” to “0”
This can be closed if we adopt Nathan's branch for 0.8. You have the preferences "All", "Local", "Current Branch" which is saved when quitting GitX. Furthermore this is a duplicate of #258, which is why I'm closing it.
