Suggestion: Keyboard shortcut for switching panes

I'd love to have a keyboard shortcut for switching between history and commit panes. I would suggest command-shift-arrow, to be consistent with other applications.

This is a duplicate of #32 . I'd like to add shortcuts, but I'm not going to use command-shift-arrow, as those are used by text fields.
