feature request: ignore SHAs

When cherry-picking commits, those commits get new SHAs. When I want to see what can/needs to be merged, I'd like to be able to ignore specific commits that I've already dealt with. (This is similar to the github gem's ignore command.)

doesn't gitx --cherry-pick master...branch work for you?

I'm still not clear what it's doing, but it pointed me to the "Advanced Usage" section of the docs, so I'm sure I can make it do what I want.
